This month we're learning an art technique called Stippling.
Stippling is the art or process of drawing, painting, or engraving using numerous small dots or specks. It first appeared in 1510 in the work of engraving artist Giulio Campagnola who figured out that engraving small dots instead of lines created smoother shading for his images.
